用户病耻感视角下的腋拐设计研究
摘 要：文章以用户为中心，设计能够减缓用户病耻感心理的腋拐产品，为康复医疗产品的设计提供思路。通过句子完成法进行用户调研得到相关信息资料，运用KJ法作归纳整理，结合AHP法建立减缓腋拐使用病耻感的用户需求层次模型，计算各需求指标的权重，对结果进行排序分析。 将KJ法与AHP法结合，进行先定性后定量的方法分析，确定用户病耻感视角下的设计需求，进行腋拐设计实践，提高腋拐设计的情感化与科学性，同时为其他康复医疗产品提供设计参考。

Abstract：The article focuses on users and designs axillary crutch products that can alleviate their sense of shame, providing ideas for the design of rehabilitation medical products. Conduct user research using the sentence completion method to obtain relevant information, use the KJ method to summarize and organize, and combine with the AHP method to establish a user demand hierarchy model to alleviate the shame of using axillary crutches. Calculate the weights of each demand indicator, and rank and analyze the results. Combining the KJ method with the AHP method, a qualitative and then quantitative analysis is conducted to determine the design needs of users from the perspective of shame, and to carry out axillary design practice to improve the emotional and scientific nature of axillary design, while providing design references for other rehabilitation medical products.
