基于代际共融的适老化社区学习工坊服务系统设计研究
摘 要：为解决深度老龄化进程中资源分配失衡导致的代际割裂现状，针对这一问题，研究以代际共融为核心理念，通过服务系统设计构建适老化社区服务生态，探索代际资源互补的创新路径。同时，采用混合研究方法，首先整合问卷调查、深度访谈获取需求数据，其次运用KJ-KANO模型聚类分析提炼出核心需求，最后构建“代际共融学习工坊”服务系统的设计构想，并通过原型测试验证方案的有效性。 该系统通过服务流程、数字平台与线下活动的三层次架构，依托知识传递与资源共享机制促进代际互动。通过这些研究方法，验证了服务系统设计在代际资源整合中范式创新的价值，以期为适老化社区的治理提供理论参考和实践指导。

Abstract：To address the intergenerational fragmentation caused by the imbalance in resource allocation during the process of deep aging, and in response to this issue, with intergenerational integration as the core concept, an aging-friendly community service ecosystem is constructed through the design of a service system to explore innovative paths for intergenerational resource complementarity. Meanwhile, a mixed research method was adopted. Firstly, questionnaire surveys and in-depth interviews were integrated to obtain demand data. Secondly, the core demands were extracted through cluster analysis using the KJ-KANO model. Finally, the design concept of the "Intergenerational Inclusive Learning Workshop" service system was constructed, and the effectiveness of the scheme was verified through prototype testing. This system promotes intergenerational interaction through a three-level architecture of service processes, digital platforms and offline activities, relying on the knowledge transfer and resource sharing mechanism. Through these research methods, the paradigm innovation value of service system design in intergenerational resource integration has been verified, with the expectation of providing theoretical references and practical guidance for the governance of aging-friendly communities.
