基于认知行为的儿童就诊体验设计研究
摘 要：近年来，国内儿童医院数量持续增长，然而部分医院在设计上未能充分关注患儿的心理和审美需求。文章旨在从认知行为理论出发，结合儿童的联觉认知特点，构建一套以缓解就诊焦虑为核心的设计策略。通过游戏化干预手段，改善儿童对医疗服务的认知和行为反应，从而提升治疗依从性。最终，文章提出一套更贴合儿童心理需求的就诊体验设计方案。将体验设计思维引入儿童医疗领域，不仅能为儿童用户体验设计注入新的活力，更能切实改善儿童的就医环境与体验，减轻其恐惧心理，从而提高儿童的就医配合度。

Abstract：In recent years, the number of children's hospitals in China has continued to increase. However, some hospitals have failed to fully consider the psychological and aesthetic needs of children patients in their design. This article aims to start from cognitive behavioral theory and combine the characteristics of children's synesthetic cognition to construct a set of design strategies centered on alleviating anxiety during medical visits. Through means such as gamification intervention, children's cognitive and behavioral responses to medical services can be improved, thereby enhancing treatment compliance. Ultimately, the article proposes a set of medical experience design schemes that better meet the psychological needs of children. Introducing experience design thinking into the field of children's medical care can not only inject new vitality into the design of children's user experience, but also effectively improve the medical environment and experience for children, reduce their fear, and thereby enhance their cooperation in medical treatment.
