基于MaaS理念的自动驾驶出租车设计
摘 要：近年来，自动驾驶技术、绿色出行理念给传统交通系统带来了冲击，而出行即服务（MaaS）的出现重新定义了城市居民的出行方式。研究聚焦于自动驾驶出租车在MaaS系统中的设计创新，首先阐述了MaaS理念，并深入分析了现行自动驾驶出租车设计，评估了其创新点和不足之处；从MaaS和用户体验的视角出发，提出了针对性的设计改进思路。研究揭示了自动驾驶出租车设计在人机交互和社会包容性方面的缺陷，强调了多维度优化的必要性，以期为自动驾驶出租车的设计发展提供有益的参考和指导。

Abstract：In recent years, autonomous driving technology and green travel concepts have had an impact on traditional transportation systems, while the emergence of Mobility as a Service (MaaS) has redefined the way urban residents travel. The research focuses on the design innovation of autonomous taxis in the MaaS system. Firstly, the MaaS concept is elaborated, and the current design of autonomous taxis is analyzed in depth, evaluating its innovative points and shortcomings; From the perspective of MaaS and user experience, targeted design improvement ideas are proposed. The study reveals the deficiencies in human-machine interaction and social inclusiveness in the design of autonomous taxis, emphasizing the necessity of multidimensional optimization, in order to provide useful reference and guidance for the development of autonomous taxi design.
