孤独经济下的城市共享出行工具设计
摘 要:文章立足于孤独经济时代背景,探究面向孤独人群的城市共享出行工具设计,旨在提升用户的使用感受与情感体验。首先,对孤独经济产生的背景及共享出行工具的现状进行分析,定位设计产出形式;其次,运用服务设计理念,通过核心用户定位、用户旅程分析、设计策略输出,来洞察用户特征及其深层次需求,分析设计机会点;最后,基于产品趋势和用户需求整合具体设计点,指导城市共享出行工具的设计实践,完成设计产出的转化。从线上线下两方面入手,完善用户出行服务体验,以期为城市共享出行工具设计提供一定的借鉴。

Abstract:The article is based on the background of the lonely economy era, exploring the design of urban shared travel tools for lonely people, aiming to enhance users' user experience and emotional experience. Firstly, analyze the background of the emergence of the loneliness economy and the current situation of shared transportation tools, and position the design output form; Secondly, by applying service design concepts, we can gain insights into user characteristics and their underlying needs through core user positioning, user journey analysis, and design strategy output, and analyze design opportunities; Finally, based on product trends and user needs, integrate specific design points to guide the design practice of urban shared travel tools and complete the conversion of design outputs. Starting from both online and offline aspects, we aim to improve the user travel service experience, in order to provide some reference for the design of urban shared travel tools.
