基于织补理念的老旧街区更新设计研究——以长春市树勋街区为例
摘 要：在城市化进程中，老旧街区往往被边缘化，由于建筑年限的增加，老旧街区的建筑条件和周边环境都在不断地退化。在城市有机更新的大背景下，如何修复老旧街区肌理、改善配套设施及建立与新城之间的联系，是目前旧城改造亟需解决的重要问题。文章将长春市树勋街区作为主要研究对象，以“织补”理念为指导，从街区的空间肌理、区位条件、文化价值、功能布局等层面进行织补研究，探索了基于织补理念的老旧街区改造设计策略，以期为城市的有机更新及街区活力再生提供新的思考方向。

Abstract：In the process of urbanization, the old blocks are often marginalized, due to the increase of building years, the building conditions of the old blocks and the surrounding environment are constantly degraded. Under the background of urban organic renewal, how to restore the fabric of old blocks, improve supporting facilities, and establish the connection with the new city is an important issue that needs to be solved. This paper takes the Shuxun Block of Changchun City as the main object of study, guided by the concept of "darning", studies darning from the aspects of spatial texture, location condition, cultural value and functional layout of the block, and explores the renovation design strategy of the old block based on the concept of darning, hoping to provide a new direction of thinking for the organic renewal of the city and the revitalization of the block.
