基于无人农场概念的一站式果园采摘机设计研究
摘 要:针对现代农业采摘过程中人工成本高昂、果实易损以及因错过采摘时段导致的经济损失等问题,文章基于无人农场和一站式服务理念构建了果园采摘机设计体系,并对果园采摘机进行设计实践。首先,通过对国内外果园采摘机的设计现状进行综合调研,系统分析了果园采摘机的设计要素,并据此明确设计的切入点;其次,从无人农场视角界定了果园采摘机的工作场景,通过将机器组件模块化、末端执行机构分离化来达到一站式设计;最后,根据产品特性系列化其外观造型,完成一站式果园采摘机的设计实践,以期为农业现代化的转型提供新思路和新方案。

Abstract:In view of the problems such as high labor cost, vulnerable fruit and economic loss caused by missing picking time in modern agriculture, this paper constructs a design system of orchard picker based on the concept of unmanned farm and one-stop service, and carries out design practice of picking machine. Firstly, the design elements of the picking machine are systematically analysed through a comprehensive research on the current design status of orchard pickers at home and abroad, and the entry point of the design is clarified accordingly; secondly, the working scenario of the picking machine is defined from the perspective of unmanned farms, and the one-stop design is achieved by modularizing the machine components and separating the end actuators; lastly, the appearance and shape of the picker is serialized according to the product characteristics, and the one-service service is accomplished. Finally, the design practice of the picking machine is completed by serialising its appearance according to the product characteristics, with a view to providing new ideas and new solutions for the transformation of agricultural modernisation.
