基于交互设计理念的超市智能购物车设计

摘 要:作为新零售的主战场,超市在提升用户购物体验方面的重要性日益凸显。文章从交互设计的视角出发,对超市智能购物车进行研究,通过用户行为模型和可用性测试等方法,为用户设定特定任务,并收集他们在使用智能购物车过程中的反馈,分析实际使用场景下智能购物车存在的问题。以此为基础,在分析用户在超市智能购物车交互体验中遭遇的难点及其需求后,笔者提出了超市智能购物车交互设计的优化思路,并对原有的购物车设计方案进行了完善。结果表明,这些改进措施对于提升用户的购物体验具有显著效果,能够让用户更加真切地感受到智能化、人性化的购物服务。

Abstract:As the main battlefield of new retail, the importance of supermarkets in enhancing user shopping experience is increasingly prominent. Starting from the perspective of interaction design, this article studies the smart shopping cart in supermarkets. Through methods such as user behavior modeling and usability testing, specific tasks are set for users, and their feedback during the use of the smart shopping cart is collected to analyze the problems that exist in actual usage scenarios. Based on this, after analyzing the difficulties and needs encountered by users in the interactive experience of smart shopping carts in supermarkets, the author proposes optimization ideas for the interactive design of smart shopping carts in supermarkets and improves the original shopping cart design scheme. The results indicate that these improvement measures have a significant effect on enhancing users' shopping experience, allowing them to truly experience intelligent and humanized shopping services.
