基于用户体验的“Z世代”智能穿戴产品服务设计研究

摘 要:文章基于产品服务设计理念,以用户体验作为分析的切入点,对“Z世代”的智能穿戴产品进行设计研究,以此提升此类产品的用户体验满意度和服务质量。文章通过智能穿戴产品的服务设计原则,对利益相关者分析、用户模型、用户旅程图、服务系统图、服务蓝图等服务设计工具进行“Z世代”智能穿戴产品设计,确定了智能穿戴产品的设计思路。智能穿戴产品结合线上APP和线下服务,优化“Z世代”从购买产品前到售后全过程的体验,验证服务设计落地的可行性并助推智能穿戴产品的设计创新,进而满足“Z世代”群体对此类产品使用要求。通过文章的研究,希望能为智能穿戴产品创新设计开发提供相关理论依据和技术思路。

Abstract:Based on the concept of product service design, this paper takes user experience as the starting point of analysis to design and study the smart wearable products of "Gen Z", so as to improve the user experience satisfaction and service quality of such products. Based on the service design principles of smart wearable products, this paper designs "Gen Z" smart wearable products with service design tools such as stakeholder analysis, user model, user journey diagram, service system diagram and service blueprint, and determines the design ideas of smart wearable products. Smart wearable products combine online apps and offline services to optimize the whole process experience of "Gen Z" from before purchasing products to after sales, verify the feasibility of service design landing and boost the design innovation of smart wearable products, so as to meet the requirements of "Gen Z" groups for the use of such products. Through the research of this paper, we hope to provide relevant theoretical basis and technical ideas for the innovative design and development of smart wearable products.
