数字时代下的艺术类人才培养探索
摘 要:数字时代以数字化转型为重要推动力,注重培养社会所需的兼具数字思维、数字技能的艺术类人才,实现人的全面发展是艺术教育改革的目标。目前教育体系在统筹主体与教育资源的数字化、教学模式与评价体系的多元化、培养方案与社会需求的契合化三方面存在现实瓶颈。以期通过夯实跨部门协作与资源扩容的转型基础、构建多元化教学模式与全过程评价体系、强化企业在产学研融合模式的主导地位等措施,来回应新时代社会各界对艺术类人才的需求。

Abstract:In the digital era, with digital transformation as an important driving force, it is the goal of art education reform to focus on cultivating art talents with both digital thinking and digital skills needed by the society and realize the all-round development of people. At present, there are practical bottlenecks in the education system in three aspects: the digitalization of the main body and educational resources, the diversification of teaching mode and evaluation system, and the compatibility of training programs with social needs. By consolidating the transformation foundation of cross-departmental collaboration and resource expansion, building a diversified teaching model and a whole-process evaluation system, and strengthening the integration model of enterprises in production, study and research, etc., we hope to respond to the needs of all sectors of society for art talents in the new era.
