基于适老化理念的工业遗产园区改造设计研究 ——以中车长春机车厂旧址为例
摘 要：随着时代的日新月异，工业遗产结构落后、功能缺失，普遍面临“失业”的危机。而同样与时代无法完全融合的老年人也面临着身体机能退化、基础设施不完善无法满足其需求的问题。康养建筑以适老化理念为基础，将老年人作为服务主体，设计建筑空间，融入养生功能，满足老年人的生理与心理需求。文章以中车长春机车厂工业遗址园区适老化改造设计为例，提出两者的功能局限性、流线不匹配性、尺寸矛盾性等问题，分析两者的供求关系并予以融合互补，以期通过创新性设计及保护改造，在完善原有工业遗产的基础上，打造蕴含工业历史文化的适老化康养综合服务中心。

Abstract：With the rapid change of The Times, the structure of industrial heritage is backward, the function is missing, and the crisis of "unemployment" is generally faced. The elderly who can not fully integrate with The Times are also facing problems such as physical function degradation and imperfect infrastructure that can not meet their needs. Based on the concept of aging adaptability, the health building takes the elderly as the main service body, designs the architectural space, integrates the health function, and meets the physiological and psychological needs of the elderly. Taking the aging retrofit design of CRRC Changchun locomotive plant industrial site park as an example, this paper puts forward the functional limitations, streamline mismatch, size contradiction and other problems of the two, analyzes the supply and demand relationship between the two, and integrates and complements them. Through innovative design, protection and transformation, on the basis of improving the original industrial heritage, create a comprehensive service center for aging and health care containing industrial history and culture.
