面向城市压力人群的公共疗愈空间设计探析
摘 要：城市化进程加快，城市生活节奏越来越快，导致了亚健康现象的不断增加，对个体的生活质量产生负面影响。文章通过对相关文献研究，梳理疗愈空间的相关理论，分析亚健康状态的定义和人群需求，提出面向城市压力人群的疗愈空间的设计策略。在此基础上，通过案例实践从人群需求角度融合疗愈理念对空间规划、自然元素整合和感官体验优化等关键要点提出设计方法和展望，满足人群精神与情感需求。

Abstract：Accelerated urbanisation and fast-paced urban lifestyles have led to an increasing number of sub-health phenomena, which negatively affect the quality of life of individuals. The article analyses the definition of sub-health and the needs of the population through the study of related literature, and proposes the design strategy of healing space for the stressed urban population. Based on this, the article proposes a design methodology and outlook on key points such as space planning, integration of natural elements and optimisation of sensory experience through case practice and integration of healing concepts from the perspective of people's needs, so as to satisfy people's spiritual and emotional needs.
