城市历史景观（HUL）视角下的城市中心区工业遗产更新设计研究——以南宁市新阳路片区为例
摘 要：近些年来，随着我国逐步进入后工业景观时代，对工业遗产的保护和利用越来越受到公众的关注，新形势下如何保护、活化及利用城市中心区工业遗产也成为了政府在城市更新中需要面对的问题。文章基于城市历史景观（HUL）理念，通过分析南宁市西乡塘区新阳片区的历史层积及现状环境，从更新、激活及耦合三大手法提出新阳路工业遗产及街巷更新设计的策略。以期探寻遗产保护与城市更新双赢的可持续发展路径，希望能为同类地区城市中心区工业遗产的更新提供一定的借鉴。

Abstract：In recent years, with China gradually entering the post-industrial landscape era, the protection and utilization of industrial heritage has attracted more and more attention from the public. Under the new situation, how to protect, activate and utilize industrial heritage in urban central areas has also become a problem that the government needs to face in urban renewal. Based on the concept of urban historical landscape, this paper analyzes the historical stratification and current environment of Xinyang District, Xixiangtang District, Nanning city, and puts forward the strategy of Xinyang Road industrial heritage and street renewal design from the three methods of renewal, activation and coupling. In order to explore the win-win sustainable development path of heritage protection and urban renewal, hope to provide some reference for the renewal of industrial heritage in the urban center of similar regions.
