基于城市触媒理论的工业遗产更新研究——以南京1865创意产业园为例
摘 要：工业遗产具有触媒特质，可以通过小规模的改造与注入新元素带动其本身和周围区域的协同发展。文章首先以南京1865创意产业园为例，对园区的物质和非物质触媒要素进行了选择和分析。其次，提出了建筑功能整合、文化产业融入和设立博物馆等完善和塑造触媒的途径。最后，从政策的支持和文化产业措施的转型完善两方面对触媒进行了控制和引导。以期为城市内部工业遗产的更新再利用提供新的思路。

Abstract：Industrial heritage possesses catalyst characteristics, which can drive the synergistic development of itself and the surrounding areas through small-scale transformations and the infusion of new elements. Taking Nanjing 1865 Creative Industrial Park as a case study, this paper selects and analyzes the material and non-material catalyst elements in the park. It proposes approaches to enhance and shape the catalyst, such as integrating architectural functions, integrating cultural industries, and establishing museums. Controlling and guiding the catalyst is achieved through policy support and the transformation and improvement of cultural industry measures. This study provides new insights for the revitalization and reuse of industrial heritage within the city.
