基于用户体验的在线会议系统优化设计
摘 要：在线会议系统已经广泛应用于企业和教育等领域，随着使用场景的多元化，用户也提高了对在线会议系统的界面外观、交互效率和情绪价值等方面的要求。因此，文章以用户体验理论为基础，提出在线会议系统优化设计研究，围绕用户角色进行用户访谈，根据用户体验的三个层次整理用户的功能和情感需求，并结合Kano模型设置问卷，确定用户需求层次，运用Better-Worse系数得出需求重要度排序，以此提出会议系统的优化策略并验证，为在线会议系统的设计流程及优化方向提供参考。

Abstract： Online conference systems have been widely applied in fields such as enterprises and education. With the diversification of usage scenarios, users have also raised their requirements for the interface appearance, interaction efficiency, and emotional value of online conference systems. Therefore, based on the theory of user experience, this paper proposes a research on the optimal design of the online conference system, and conducts user interviews around user roles. Based on the three levels of user experience, the article organizes users' functional and emotional needs, and combines the Kano model to set up a questionnaire to determine the level of user needs. The Better Worse coefficient is used to determine the importance ranking of requirements, and thus proposes an optimization strategy for conference system and verifies it, Provide reference for the design process and optimization direction of online conference systems.
