面向老年群体社交活动的拼装饭盒设计研究
摘 要：随着人口老龄化趋势的加剧，老年人的生活质量，特别是他们的社交活动和心理健康，成为社会关注的重点。文章探究了共餐和拼装活动与老年群体社交活动之间的关系，发现将这三者结合进行设计可以增加老年人社交活动的频率，同时有助于维持老年人的身心健康。在此背景下，文章提出了一种拼装饭盒设计，通过共餐和饭后的拼装活动，为老年人提供一个既能满足日常生活需求，又能促进社交互动和心理慰藉的产品方案，为老年社交物品媒介的设计与开发提供了新的思路。

Abstract：As the trend of population aging intensifies, the quality of life of the elderly, especially their social activities and mental health, has become a focal point of societal concern. The article explores the relationship between communal dining, assembly activities, and the social activities of the elderly, finding that integrating these elements into design can increase the frequency of social activities among the elderly while helping them maintain both physical and mental health. Against this backdrop, the article proposes a design for a modular lunchbox that, through communal dining and post-meal assembly activities, provides the elderly with a product solution that not only meets their daily living needs but also promotes social interaction and psychological comfort. This offers new insights for the design and development of social aids for the elderly.
