基于老龄友好型城市建设理念的健康街道设计优化策略
摘 要：我国正迎来深度老龄化社会的临界点，因此构建适宜老年人的健康街道已成当务之急。文章以各国老龄友好型城市建设指南为依据，运用文献研究法和比较研究法，对各国建设指南进行综合梳理，并从中总结出老年人的三大需求层面，同时从各国指南中提炼出涉及街道空间的六个核心方面，重点探讨关于六个核心方面的街道环境要素，并将其归纳分类到老年人三大需求层面中，最终提出基于老年人需求的健康街道设计优化策略，以期为我国构建老龄友好型城市提供建设意见。

Abstract：As our country is approaching the tipping point of a deeply ageing society, the construction of a healthy street suitable for the elderly has become a top priority. Using the literature research method and the comparative research method, the construction guidelines of various countries were comprehensively sorted out, from which the three major dimensions of the needs of the elderly were summarised, while the six core aspects involving street space were extracted from the guidelines of various countries. Focusing on the street environment elements regarding the six core aspects and categorising them into the three major demand dimensions of the elderly, the optimisation strategy of healthy street design based on the needs of the elderly is finally proposed, with a view to providing construction advice for the construction of an age-friendly city in China.
