数字化背景下的现场应急指挥中心设计研究
摘 要：我国是自然灾害发生较为频繁的国家之一，由于自然灾害的复杂性及严重性，其一旦发生，必须立即采取有效的应急措施。因此，快速建立现场应急指挥中心极为重要。国内现有现场抗灾应急指挥部的功能和形式较为单一。因此，文章对数字化背景下的现场应急指挥中心设计现状、设计原则、设计思路等方面进行研究，总结出在灾难发生时快速搭建现场应急指挥中心所需的技术手段，以期为我国现场应急指挥中心的建设工作提供借鉴。

Abstract：China is one of the countries where natural disasters happen frequently. Due to the complexity and severity of natural disasters, effective emergency measures must be taken immediately once they occur. Therefore, it is extremely important to quickly establish an on-site emergency command center. The functions and forms of the existing on-site disaster prevention and emergency command headquarters in China are relatively simple. Therefore, this paper studies the design status, design principles and design ideas of the on-site emergency command center under the digital background, and summarizes the suggestions for quickly building on-site emergency command when disaster occurs. The technical means required by the center are expected to provide reference and help for the construction of China's on-site emergency command center.
