治愈型校园文化创意产品的情感化设计研究——以澳门城市大学为例

摘 要:治愈型校园文化创意产品能让用户通过与产品进行互动,得到情感上的安慰,进而提升用户在使用时的心理舒适感。文章以治愈型文化创意产品为研究对象,首先分析了治愈型文化创意产品的现状和价值。其次从“情感层面”出发,运用情感化设计,提出了情感理论和文化创意产品的联系,从“本能”“行为”和“反思”三个层次进行了探讨。最终得出治愈型校园文化创意产品的情感化设计策略,并以澳门城市大学为案例进行实践验证,以期为高校文化创意产品设计探索一条新的途径。

Abstract:The design of emotionally healing products allows users to gain emotional comfort through interaction with the product, thereby improving the user's psychological comfort during use. The article first takes campus cultural and creative souvenirs with "emotional healing" as an entry point to analyze the current situation and value of "emotionally healing" products. Secondly, starting from the "emotional level" and using emotional design, the connection between emotional theory and cultural innovation products was proposed, and the discussion was conducted from three levels: "instinct", "behavior" and "reflection". Finally, a design strategy for healing campus cultural and creative souvenirs based on emotion was derived, and the City University of Macau was used as a case for practical verification, in order to explore a new way for the design of cultural and creative souvenirs in colleges and universities.
