基于虚拟仿真技术的高速列车司机室操纵台人机尺寸探析

摘 要:为满足高速列车司机室操纵台人机尺寸的合理性,文章采用虚拟仿真技术构建了符合列车司机典型尺寸的虚拟人,并通过应用虚拟人进行关键尺寸对比,最终对列车司机室操纵台的驾驶界面和环境交互设计进行缺陷分析探讨。结果表明,该列车的操纵台存在座椅面高度过高,部分装置不能满足所有司机对驾驶环境的可达性需求。文章通过虚拟仿真技术全面地分析司机操纵台整体尺寸的人机合理性,以期为高速列车司机室操纵台的设计优化提供方法和数据参考。

Abstract:In order to meet the rationality of man-machine size of high-speed train driver's cab console, this paper uses virtual simulation technology to build a virtual person in line with the typical size of train driver, and compares the key dimensions of the virtual person, and finally analyzes and discusses the defects of the driving interface and environmental interaction design of the train driver's cab console. The results show that the seat surface height of the train control console is too high, and some devices can not meet the accessibility requirements of all drivers. This paper analyzes the human-machine rationality of the overall size of the driver's console by virtual simulation technology, in order to provide methods and data reference for the design optimization of the driver's cab console of high-speed train.
