基于KANO模型与层次分析法的电动压路机造型优化设计

摘 要:为解决电动压路机设计中存在的用户需求模糊问题,文章首先通过使用模糊KANO模型对设计需求进行分类,将需求要素分为必备型质量、期望型质量、魅力型质量、无差异型质量和反向型质量五个类别,帮助企业更好地了解客户需求;其次,使用层次分析法确定各要素的权重值并进行一致性检验,以确保研究结果的可靠性;最后,基于各项指标提出最优的设计方案,方案考虑了电动压路机设计中的各个要素,并针对用户需求进行了优化。通过综合运用KANO模型和层次分析法,准确获取了用户的设计需求,为电动压路机等类似产品的创新设计提供了有益参考。

Abstract:To address the issue of user demand ambiguity in the design of electric rollers, this article first classifies design requirements using a fuzzy KANO model, dividing the requirements into five categories: essential quality, expected quality, attractive quality, undifferentiated quality, and reverse quality, helping enterprises better understand customer needs; Secondly, use the Analytic Hierarchy Process to determine the weight values of each element and conduct consistency checks to ensure the reliability of the research results; Finally, based on various indicators, the optimal design scheme is proposed, which considers various elements in the design of electric rollers and optimizes them according to user needs. By comprehensively applying the KANO model and Analytic Hierarchy Process, the design requirements of users were accurately obtained, providing useful references for the innovative design of similar products such as electric rollers.
