自行车照明设备服务系统设计研究

摘 要:为了能够让自行车照明设备更好地满足骑行爱好者的产品功能使用与服务体验的需求,提升用户体验,文章借助产品服务系统设计方法,对自行车照明设备的实体产品及服务平台进行设计。首先,从用户的角度出发,通过构建用户画像、用户旅程图和分析服务者与被服务者来挖掘目标用户的使用需求,得出全方位全流程的用户需求项;其次,通过Kano模型问卷获取用户满意度评价数据,并量化分析需求项的属性和重要度,依据优先级完成照明设备的实体产品和以产品为核心的线上服务平台设计。希望通过文章的研究,能够有效解决产品使用与服务体验的现存问题,并为相关产品设计提供参考。

Abstract: By utilizing the design concept of product service system, research is conducted on the user needs of outdoor cycling lighting products, providing ideas for product design optimization with the goal of improving user experience, and design bicycle lighting physical products and service platforms. Firstly, from the perspective of users, by constructing user profiles, user journey maps, and analyzing the service providers and recipients, we can explore the usage needs of target users and obtain comprehensive and full process user requirements; Secondly, Obtain user satisfaction evaluation data through the Kano model questionnaire, and quantitatively analyze the attributes and importance of demand items to achieve product design and service innovation based on priority. Under the guidance of product service system design, lighting physical products were designed and an online service platform centered on products was constructed. Tangible and intangible services were reasonably arranged to effectively improve product quality and service experience, continuously create value, and provide reference for the systematic design process of related products.
