基于情境感知的智慧导航服务系统设计研究
摘 要：文章以“情境感知”为切入点，解决智慧导航服务系统与用户的出行规划期望偏差的问题，提出基于情境感知的智慧导航服务系统设计研究。首先有针对性地分析出行场景下情境感知的多维因素，并对用户使用智慧导航服务系统的行为习惯进行调研分析，其次构建以情境感知为基础的智慧导航服务系统模型，最后从用户、环境、社交及设备四个方面提出相应的设计策略。通过文章的研究，以期拓宽智慧导航服务系统研究领域，建立一个统一的产品情境系统，更好地理解用户的需求，实现从工具型应用到智慧服务型应用的转变，即更精准的路线导航、更高效的交通预测、更智能的出行规划以及更丰富的同行体验。

Abstract：The article takes "context-awareness" as an entry point to solve the problem of deviation between intelligent navigation service system and users' travel planning expectations, and proposes research on the design of intelligent navigation service system based on context-awareness. Firstly, we analyze the multidimensional factors of context-awareness in travel scenarios and conduct research and analysis on users' behavioral habits of using smart navigation service systems, secondly, we construct a smart navigation service system model based on context-awareness, and finally, we propose corresponding design strategies from four aspects: user, environment, social, and equipment. Through the research of the article, we aim to broaden the research field of smart navigation service system, establish a unified product context system, better understand the users' needs, and realize the transformation from tool-based application to smart service-based application, i.e., more accurate route navigation, more efficient traffic prediction, smarter travel planning, and richer peer experience.
