高校共享厨房服务设计研究

摘 要:在共享经济发展趋势下,共享厨房作为高校新就餐模式受到了广泛关注,为了更好地提升高校共享厨房的服务体验,文章尝试探究高校共享厨房服务设计相关内容。首先,解析了共享厨房与服务设计的概念;其次,通过对高校共享厨房服务进行对比分析,以及用户使用流程、服务设计要素分析,以笔者所在学校为研究对象,提出运用服务设计方法来优化高校共享厨房的服务模式。通过文章的研究,为高校共享厨房的发展提出新的设计思路与建议,以实现相关服务可持续发展。

Abstract: Under the trend of sharing economy development, the shared kitchen, as a new dining model in universities, has received widespread attention. In order to better enhance the service experience of shared kitchens in universities, this article attempts to explore the relevant content of service design for shared kitchens in universities. Firstly, the concept of shared kitchen and service design was analyzed; Secondly, through comparative analysis of shared kitchen services in universities, as well as analysis of user usage processes and service design elements, the author's school is taken as the research object, and service design methods are proposed to optimize the service mode of shared kitchens in universities. Through the research in the article, new design ideas and suggestions are proposed for the development of shared kitchens in universities, in order to achieve sustainable development of related services.
