新工科背景下工业设计专业“五新四维”教学体系改革研究

摘 要:新工科建设是推进教育现代化、建设教育强国的推动力量,其首要任务就是全面提高人才培养能力。新工科背景下工业设计专业人才培养的趋势是多学科交叉融合培养,同时加快“产教融合”的实施。因此,文章根据新工科背景下人才培养需求来调整工业设计专业教学体系和改革人才培养模式,构建“五新”理念下工业设计专业的产、教、赛、创“四维”教学体系。强化新工科大学生综合素质培养,培养具备创新创业能力、跨界融合能力,拥有工匠精神、家国情怀、职业道德的专业人才,这是工业设计专业教育改革创新的必然要求。

Abstract: The construction of new engineering disciplines is a leading force in promoting educational modernization and building an educational powerhouse, with the primary task of comprehensively improving talent cultivation capabilities. The trend of talent cultivation in the context of new engineering is interdisciplinary and interdisciplinary integration, while accelerating the implementation of "industry education integration". Therefore, the article adjusts the teaching system and reforms the talent cultivation mode of the industrial design major based on the training needs of new engineering professionals, constructs a teaching system that conforms to the "Five New" concept, and establishes a "four dimensional" teaching system for industry, teaching, competition, and innovation in the industrial design major. Strengthening the comprehensive quality cultivation of new engineering college students, cultivating professional talents with innovative and entrepreneurial abilities, cross-border integration abilities, craftsmanship spirit, patriotism, and professional ethics, is an inevitable requirement for the reform and innovation of industrial design education.
