基于感性工学的下肢康复步态机设计研究

摘 要:目前,下肢功能障碍患者日益增多,因此对下肢康复产品存在一定的需求。文章以感性工学原理为出发点,进行下肢康复步态机的设计研究,旨在改善下肢患者的步态功能,从而提升他们的生活质量。运用问卷调查法、语义分析法挖掘用户对下肢康复步态机的感性需求,并进行设计元素提取,确定功能与特性,最终运用感性工学原理进行设计,基于感性工学的下肢康复步态机设计能有效改善步态功能,使产品中的感性与理性结合,让产品设计过程更为科学化和系统化。

Abstract: At present, the number of patients with lower limb dysfunction is increasing, so there is a certain demand for lower limb rehabilitation products. The article takes the principles of perceptual engineering as the starting point to design and study a lower limb rehabilitation gait machine, aiming to improve the gait function of lower limb patients and thus enhance their quality of life. Using questionnaire survey and semantic analysis methods to explore the emotional needs of users for lower limb rehabilitation gait machines, extracting design elements, determining functions and characteristics, and ultimately using the principles of perceptual engineering for design. The design of lower limb rehabilitation gait machines based on perceptual engineering can effectively improve gait function, combine sensibility and rationality in the product, and make the product design process more scientific and systematic.
