基于微更新理念的西安老旧小区公共空间设计研究——以西影社区为例
摘 要：随着我国城市现代化的快速发展，城市建设方向已由增量转向存量，城市更新被提到国家战略层面。老旧小区改造作为重大民生工程，应顺应时代发展的要求，基于微更新理念采取渐进式局部更新的方式来提升社区的整体环境品质。研究通过分析西影社区现存的实际问题，以居民需求为导向，结合场地资源条件，从交通、设施、景观、功能等方面提出更新改造策略，赋予旧空间新的功能，改善空间环境，激发社区活力，促进小区居民户外参与。以期空间焕发新的生机，为城市老旧社区公共空间的微更新改造提供参考。

Abstract：With the rapid development of China's urban modernization, the direction of urban construction has shifted from incremental to inventory, and urban renewal has been mentioned at the national strategic level. As a major livelihood project, the renovation of old residential areas should conform to the requirements of the development of The Times, transform the concept of micro-renewal, and adopt a progressive local renewal to improve the overall environmental quality of the community. Based on the analysis of the existing practical problems in Xiying community, the research puts forward renewal and transformation strategies from the aspects of transportation, facilities, landscape and functions based on the needs of residents and the resource conditions of the site, so as to give the old space new functions, improve the space environment, stimulate the vitality of the community and promote the outdoor participation of residents in the community. It is expected that the space will glow with the vitality of the new legal person and provide reference for the micro-renewal of the public space in the old urban community.
