基于AHP法和FBS模型的抗洪无人沙袋机设计研究

摘 要:为解决我国近些年洪涝灾害的频繁发生,文章首先通过定性、定量研究来了解抗洪工作中的用户需求;其次,根据AHP法构建出影响抗洪因素的指标权重,得到需求功能的优先级排序,确定抗洪沙袋机设计的关键目标;再次,利用FBS模型,通过功能映射行为与行为映射结构来思考沙袋机的结构化模型;最后,根据综合分析进行抗洪沙袋机设计实践。同时,也验证了AHP法与FBS模型在抗洪沙袋机产品设计中应用的可行性,从设计创新的角度提高抗洪效率,以期为保障抗洪安全提供全新的思路。

Abstract:In order to solve the frequent occurrence of flood disaster in our country in recent years, the paper firstly understands the user's demand for flood control work through qualitative and quantitative research; Secondly, according to AHP method, the index weight of influencing flood resistance factors is constructed, the priority of demand functions is obtained, and the key objectives of the design of flood resistance sandbag machine are determined. Thirdly, FBS model is used to consider the structural model of sandbag machine through function mapping behavior and behavior mapping structure. Finally, according to the comprehensive analysis, the design practice of anti-flood sandbag machine is carried out. At the same time, it also verifies the feasibility of the application of AHP method and FBS model in the product design of anti-flood sandbag machine, improves the anti-flood efficiency from the perspective of design innovation, and provides a new idea for ensuring anti-flood safety.
