基于FBS-AHP-TOPSIS的智能绿植养护产品设计研究

摘 要:文章旨通过智能化的设计方案解决年轻群体在养护绿植过程中遇到的问题,设计出符合年轻人生活方式的智能绿植养护产品。依据文献分析法、用户访谈法以及用户旅程图,分析用户在养植过程中的需求,运用FBS模型初步映射出智能养植产品评价指标,采用AHP进一步完善评价层级,按照得出的指标权重进行方案的设计,最后运用TOPSIS对三种设计方案进行综合优选。通过正负理想解的分析比较,确定第2种设计方案为理想解。文章提出的方法能够合理地将定性问题转化为定量问题,使设计的过程更加科学合理,更好地解决了年轻群体在养护绿植过程中所遇到的困扰,对同类产品设计以及方案评价具有一定的参考价值。

Abstract:  This paper aims to solve the problems encountered by young people in the process of maintaining green plants through intelligent design schemes, and design intelligent green plant maintenance products that meet the lifestyles of young people. According to the literature analysis method, user interview method and user journey map, the needs of users in the cultivation process are analyzed, the evaluation indicators of intelligent cultivation products are preliminarily mapped by the FBS model, the AHP is used to further improve the evaluation level, the scheme is designed according to the weight of the obtained index, and finally the three design schemes are comprehensively selected by the TOPSIS. Through the analysis and comparison of positive and negative ideal solutions, the second design scheme is determined to be the optimal ideal solution. The method proposed in the article can reasonably transform qualitative problems into quantitative problems, make the design process more scientific and reasonable, better solve the problems encountered by young groups in the process of maintaining green plants, and have certain reference value for similar product development and program evaluation.
