基于心流理论的老年人健身体感游戏设计研究
摘 要：在我国老龄化时代到来的背景下，鼓励老年人积极参与健身活动是应对老龄化问题的有效方式。文章运用认知心理学领域下的心流理论，分析老年群体的健身需求层次和心流激发要素，将老年人健身产品与体感交互技术、游戏化思维相结合，在满足老年人健身需求的同时激发其心流体验，以期为老年人健身产品设计及体感交互技术的应用提供新思路。

Abstract： In the context of China's aging era, encouraging the elderly to actively participate in fitness activities is an effective way to cope with the aging problem. In this paper, we refer to the flow theory in the field of cognitive psychology, analyze the fitness demand levels and mind flow stimulation elements of the elderly group, combine the fitness products for the elderly with somatosensory interaction technology and gamification thinking, stimulate their mind flow experience while satisfying their fitness demand, and provide new ideas for the design of fitness products for the elderly and the application of somatosensory interaction technology.
