城市轨道交通站内服务机器人的拟人化设计研究

摘 要:我国城市轨道交通发展迅速,因此辅助站内乘务员工作的服务机器人应运而生。如今,各行业服务机器人的拟人化程度越来越高,但是面向城市轨道交通站内的使用场景,如何进行服务机器人的拟人化设计尚需进一步探讨。文章阐述了拟人化设计的作用及表现,总结了轨道交通站内服务机器人的拟人化设计思路,并以成都地铁18号线的站内服务机器人为例,在车站调研和用户研究的基础上,进行了拟人化设计实践。以期为城市轨道交通站内服务机器人设计提供参考。

Abstract:With the rapid development of urban rail transit in our country, the service robot assisting the crew in the station came into being. Nowadays, the anthropomorphic degree of service robots in various industries is getting higher and higher, but for the use of urban rail transit stations, how to carry out anthropomorphic design of service robots still needs to be further discussed. This paper expounds the function and performance of anthropomorphic design, summarizes the anthropomorphic design ideas of service robots in rail transit stations, and takes the service robots in Chengdu Metro Line 18 as an example, and carries out anthropomorphic design practice on the basis of station research and user research. In order to provide a reference for the design of service robots in urban rail transit stations.
