基于大数据的智能家居小程序用户体验优化设计研究

摘 要:智能家居小程序作为智能家居移动控制终端,承担着人与设备交流媒介载体的重要角色,但目前智能家居小程序设计同质化严重、缺乏数据量化手段支撑,导致用户体验并不理想。因此,文章着重讨论如何利用大数据对智能家居小程序进行用户体验优化设计,首先对大数据、用户体验等概念进行解析,然后从功能设定、架构交互、页面设计等三个方面分析了智能家居小程序现存问题,最后,提出了基于大数据的智能家居小程序用户体验优化设计思路。文章以期通过大数据等高新技术的引用,优化用户体验,为相关设计带来新的思路和借鉴。

Abstract: As a smart home mobile control terminal, smart home applet plays an important role as communication media between people and devices. But currently, the user experience of smart home applet is not ideal due to severe homogenization of design and lack of data quantification support. Therefore, how to use big data to optimize the user experience of smart home applet is emphatically discussed in this paper. Firstly, it analyzes the concepts of big data and user experience, and then analyzes the existing problems of smart home applet from three aspects: functional section , architecture interaction, and page design, finally, it proposes a user experience optimization design approach for smart home applet based on big data. It is expected to optimize the user experience and bringing new ideas and references to relevant designs.
