“以学生为中心”的人机工程学课程教学改革实践
摘 要：从“以学生为中心”的教学理念出发，开展人机工程学课程教学模式的改革与实践，从而推动课程设置、教学思路和方法的优化，引导学生通过团队合作、多元评价、设计竞赛的形式，平衡老师与学生之间的“主导”与“主体”关系，激发学生的创造性思维，从而提升学生的实践应用能力。

Abstract： Starting from the teaching concept of "student-centered", we will carry out reforms and practices in the teaching mode of ergonomics courses, thereby promoting the optimization of curriculum design, teaching ideas and methods, guiding students to design competition forms through team cooperation and multiple evaluations, balancing the "dominant" and "subject" relationship between teachers and students, stimulating students' creative thinking, and improving students' practical application abilities.
