康复机械手意象形态设计研究
摘 要：为了探寻满足用户需求的产品意象形态，得到与用户偏好相符的手关节康复机械手设计方案。研究首先利用KJ法和访问等形式调查潜在的用户需求形态意象特征，并将需求指标进行排序；其次根据用户偏好及康复机械手形态要素之间的适配性关系，筛选出具有代表性的形态意象词组，并进行样本产品的形态意象评价，分析出用户满意的产品样本设计要素；最后根据用户感性需求对康复机械手产品进行方案设计，提出康复机械手的外观造型及界面设计方案，归纳了用户感性需求与手关节康复机械手形态要素特征之间的关系，得出了更加符合用户需求的康复机械手产品形态设计。以期为关节康复类相关产品的形态设计提供一定的借鉴。

Abstract：In order to explore the product image form to meet the needs of users, the design scheme of the hand joint rehabilitation manipulator was obtained. Firstly, KJ method and interview are used to investigate the morphological image features of potential users' demands, and the demand indicators are sorted. Secondly, according to the user preference and the adaptive relationship between the morphological elements of the rehabilitation manipulator, the representative morphological image phrases were selected, and the morphological image of the sample products was evaluated, and the design elements of the product samples that the users were satisfied with were analyzed. Finally, according to the user's perceptual needs, the product of rehabilitation manipulator is designed, and the appearance and interface design of rehabilitation manipulator are proposed. The relationship between the user's emotional needs and the morphological features of the hand joint rehabilitation manipulator was summarized, and the product shape
design of the rehabilitation manipulator that better meets the user's needs was obtained, in order to provide some reference for the shape design practice of joint rehabilitation related products.
