工业设计视角下航空发动机外观设计研究

摘 要:工业设计是一门交叉学科,需要综合科技、艺术、美学、工程等多学科知识,系统分析产品造型与结构、材料与工艺、色彩与人机工效等多维度问题,寻求系统、高效、可行的设计方式来解决问题、满足需求,从而提供全新的产品体验和价值。文章基于工业设计理念,结合目前的航空发动机产品设计现状,从产品的实用性、外观质量和标准化程度、促进产品操作体验及创新发展、人文理念进行分析,提出了以功能提升为目标的布局、结构及整机造型设计、材料及加工工艺的一致性设计、基于新工艺新材料的零部件设计、提升效率的人机工效设计、航空发动机整机色彩的统一设计、便于维护的视觉传达设计六个方面设计策略开展设计活动,提升航空发动机的质量和产品竞争力,助力航空发动机创新发展。

Abstract:Industrial design is an interdisciplinary field that requires comprehensive knowledge from multiple disciplines such as technology, art, aesthetics, and engineering. It systematically analyzes multi-dimensional issues such as product design and structure, materials and processes, color, and ergonomics, and seeks systematic, efficient, and feasible design methods to solve problems and meet needs, thereby providing a brand new product experience and value. The article is based on industrial design concepts, combined with the current status of aviation engine product design, and analyzes the practicality, appearance quality, standardization degree, promotion of product operation experience and innovative development, and humanistic concepts of the product. It proposes layout, structure, and overall design with the goal of functional improvement, consistency design of materials and processing technology, component design based on new processes and materials. Carry out design activities in six aspects: ergonomic design to improve efficiency, unified design of overall color for aviation engines, and visual communication design for easy maintenance, to enhance the quality and product competitiveness of aviation engines, and to assist in the innovative development of aviation engines.
