积极老龄化背景下智慧养老服务系统设计研究
摘 要：为了更好地满足老年人多样化、精细化的养老服务需求，使积极老龄化落到实处，为老年人提供各种必须的养老服务，提高老年人的生活质量，进一步推进我国养老服务行业的发展，文章提出智慧养老服务系统设计研究，首先通过引入服务系统设计理念，运用同理心的设计方法获取老年人对于养老服务系统的需求，并对系统中其它参与者需求进行分析，同时明确系统各个接触点，由此归纳出智慧养老服务系统设计思路。通过文章的研究，希望能够为智慧养老服务提拱思路和发展方向。

Abstract：In order to better meet the diverse and refined elderly service needs of the elderly, implement active aging, provide various necessary elderly services for the elderly, improve their quality of life, and further promote the development of China's elderly service industry, the article proposes the design and research of smart elderly service systems. Firstly, by introducing the service system design concept, Using empathy design methods to obtain the needs of the elderly for the elderly service system, and analyzing the needs of other participants in the system, while clarifying the various touchpoints of the system, this summarizes the design concept of a smart elderly service system. Through the research in this article, we hope to provide ideas and development directions for smart elderly services.
