基于“互联网+”的乡村智慧养老服务设计研究
摘 要：文章以提升乡村养老服务的效率和体验为目标，利用“互联网+”的相关理念与技术，结合服务设计的方法与工具，对各类乡村养老服务场景中存在的痛点和需求进行深入的分析，探索乡村智慧养老服务设计的创新策略，并构建“互联网+”视角下的乡村智慧养老服务系统，从而为实现乡村养老服务产业结构改革和服务模式的创新，提升乡村养老资源的利用效率，改善养老体验，为养老服务领域的设计创新提供新的思路。

Abstract：With the aim of enhancing the efficiency and quality of rural elderly care services, this paper leverages the concepts and technologies associated with "Internet +", it combines them with the methodologies and tools of service design to undertake a thorough analysis of pain points and requirements within diverse rural elderly care service scenarios. The study delves into strategies for designing rural intelligent elderly care services, ultimately establishing a rural intelligent elderly care service system and information platform from the "Internet +" perspective. This approach fosters innovation within the industrial structure and service models of rural elderly care services, heightens the resource utilization efficiency in rural elderly care, enhances the elderly care experience, and offers fresh insights for design innovation within the elderly care services sector.
