基于可供性理论的城市既有居住空间适老化设计研究
摘 要：人口老龄化是全社会关注的重要议题，由于我国“不离家”的养老传统，居家养老是当下主流的养老模式，因此居住空间适老化是满足居家养老活动的基本保障。目前我国大多数城市既有居住空间存在基础设施不完善、功能不适老等问题，不能满足老年人的居住需求。文章基于以上问题，尝试从环境可供性角度来探讨老年人需求与居住环境之间的关系，提出基于可供性理论的城市既有居住空间适老化设计策略，以期探寻居家养老模式下居住空间适老化设计的思路与方法，为居住空间适老化设计理论与实践研究提供一定的借鉴。

Abstract： Population aging is an important issue that the whole society pays close attention to. Due to the tradition of "not leaving home" in China, home care is the mainstream of the current pension model, so the aging living space is the basic guarantee to meet the needs of home care activities. At present, the existing living space in most cities in China has some problems, such as imperfect infrastructure and unsuitable functions, which can not meet the living needs of the elderly. Based on the above problems, this paper attempts to explore the relationship between the needs of the elderly and the living environment from the perspective of environmental availability, and proposes aging-ready design strategies of existing urban living space based on the supply theory, in order to explore the ideas and methods of aging design of living space under the home care model, and provide certain references for the research on the theory and practice of aging-ready design of living space.
