发动机零件的造型设计研究
摘 要：发动机零件作为机械产品，它的造型往往受限于功能要求，反过来需要通过造型来传递功能诉求。文章以发动机零件的设计思路为基础，分析影响造型的各个因素，得出功能因素、人机因素、生产因素可能会影响发动机零件的造型设计，而这些设计因素又是零件造型设计的基础。因此，在设计因素影响的基础上，应用构成美学和形式美法则探究发动机零件的造型设计思路。文章结合典型的发动机零件，从支架类、箱体类、罩壳类、管路类等四种典型结构出发，进行相应的造型实践探索，以期提升发动机形象，打造具有品牌影响力的高端发动机产品。

Abstract：As a mechanical product, the shape of engine parts is often subject to functional requirements, and in turn, functional demands need to be transmitted through modeling. Based on the design ideas of engine parts, the paper analyzes the factors that affect the modeling, and draws the conclusion that functional factors, man-machine factors and production factors may affect the modeling design of engine parts, and these design factors are the basis of the modeling design of parts. Therefore, on the basis of the influence of design factors, the application of constitutive aesthetics and formal beauty law to explore the modeling design of engine parts. This paper combines typical engine parts, starting from four typical structures such as bracket, box, shell and pipeline, and carries out corresponding modeling practice exploration, in order to enhance the image of the engine and create high-end engine products with brand influence.
