基于QFD和TRIZ理论的康复机器人设计研究

摘 要:为了加强老年人或残障人群的康复训练,使他们尽快恢复运动功能,设计研发了一款康复助力机器人。首先,文章通过文献了解国内外康复机器人的设计现状,结合助力过程中机器人所暴露出的问题与用户需求,基于QFD构建QFD质量屋,并运用QFD质量评级准则参考公式进行评估。其次,利用TRIZ理论寻找分析矛盾问题。最后,应用计算机辅助软件得到满足客户需求的创新设计方案。以期寻找出突破点和创新性,为康复机器人创新造型设计提供新的思路。

Abstract:In order to strengthen the rehabilitation training of the elderly or disabled people, so that they can recover the movement function as soon as possible, a rehabilitation assistance robot is designed and developed. Firstly, this paper understands the current design status of rehabilitation robots at home and abroad through literature, combines the problems exposed by robots in the process of assisting and the needs of users, builds QFD quality house based on QFD, and uses the QFD quality rating criterion reference formula for evaluation. Secondly, the TRIZ theory is used to find and analyze contradictory problems. Finally, the application of computer aided software to meet customer needs of innovative design scheme. In order to find out the breakthrough point and innovation, to provide a new idea for the innovative shape design of rehabilitation robot.
