基于共生理论的工业遗产改造设计研究——以东三省兵工厂旧址为例
摘 要：工业遗产记录了经济社会发展的时代特征和历史风貌，承载着工业遗产的历史记忆和文化积淀，但是由于城市转型，较多工业遗产因此被逐渐弃置，面临巨大危机，如何重新焕发场地活力成为亟待解决的问题。文章引入共生理论，以东三省兵工厂旧址为例，对现状与改造的存在问题进行分析，从自然共生、文化共生和空间共生三个层面梳理出东三省兵工厂旧址改造设计的思路，并提出具体的更新改造策略，以期推动工业遗产改造的进程，并实现改造后人居和商业旅游环境的提升。

Abstract：Industrial heritage records the characteristics and historical features of economic and social development, carrying industrial historical memory and cultural accumulation. However, due to urban transformation, more industrial heritage has been gradually abandoned and is facing a huge crisis. How to revitalize the site has become an urgent problem to be solved. This paper introduces the theory of symbiosis and takes the former site of the Arsenals Factory in the Three Northeastern Provinces as an example to analyze the existing problems in the current situation and transformation, sort out the ideas for the reconstruction design of the arsenals factory in the three aspects of natural symbiosis, cultural symbiosis and spatial symbiosis, and put forward specific renewal and transformation strategies in order to promote the process of industrial heritage transformation. And realize the improvement of human settlements and commercial tourism environment after the transformation.
