助老服务机器人交互设计研究
摘 要：文章针对老年用户的交互体验需求，探究助老服务机器人交互设计策略。通过问卷调查归纳用户信息，得到用户画像和用户旅程图，对用户的交互需求进行深入研究，剖析用户在使用助老服务机器人交互过程中存在行为交互、情景交互、情感交互、人机交互方面的需求，并以此提出助老服务机器人交互设计策略，用以提高用户的产品体验。通过文章的研究，希望能为相关助老产品设计提供参考。

Abstract：This paper aiming at the interactive experience needs of elderly users, this paper explores the strategy of interactive design of elderly service robot. Through a questionnaire survey, user information is summarized to obtain user profiles and user journey maps, and in-depth research is conducted on user interaction needs. The user's needs in terms of behavioral interaction, situational interaction, emotional interaction, and human-machine interaction during the interaction process of using elderly service robot are analyzed. Based on this, a design strategy for elderly service robot interaction is proposed to improve the user's product experience. Through the research of this article, we hope to provide reference for related product design.
