基于服务设计理念的社区无人配送系统设计研究
摘 要：近年来，无人配送因便利性和高效性受到越来越多用户的欢迎。文章旨在借助服务设计理念，设计出能满足社区配送需求的无人配送系统。研究首先通过服务设计的思想和方法，阐述了社区无人配送系统设计的具体内容。其次对社区无人配送的现状和需求进行了分析，并以此为基础构建了服务流程和服务蓝图，明确了系统的核心功能，为优化社区无人配送系统提供了设计思路。以期社区无人配送服务能呈现出高效、方便、快速、实用的服务模式，满足人们的配送需求。

Abstract：In recent years, unmanned delivery has been welcomed by more and more users due to its convenience and high efficiency. This paper aims to design an unmanned distribution system that can meet the needs of community distribution with the help of service design concept. Firstly, through the thought and method of service design, this paper expounds the specific content of community unmanned distribution system design. Secondly, the status quo and demand of community unmanned distribution are analyzed, and based on this, the service process and service blueprint are constructed, the core functions of the system are clarified, and the design ideas are provided for optimizing the community unmanned distribution system. It is expected that the community unmanned distribution service will present an efficient, convenient, fast and practical service model to meet people's distribution needs.
