基于层次分析法和灰色关联分析的颈椎按摩仪设计
摘 要：为解决颈椎按摩仪产品同质化问题，提出层次分析法和灰色关联分析相结合的设计评价模型，并应用于颈椎按摩仪设计优化中，提高设计决策的客观性与科学性。首先，通过样本分析、焦点小组和用户访谈筛选并确定设计要素；其次，采用层次分析法计算设计要素的重要度排序来设计3个方案；最后，运用灰色关联分析计算灰色关联度值的大小并进行比较，从而确定最优方案。基于层次分析法和灰色关联分析的量化分析，可为颈椎按摩仪产品设计和方案选取提供科学依据，对颈椎按摩仪产品设计具有一定指导意义。

Abstract： To solve the problem of homogenization of cervical spine massage equipment products, a design evaluation model combining Analytic Hierarchy Process and Grey Relational Analysis is proposed, and applied to the optimization of cervical spine massage equipment design to improve the objectivity and scientificity of design decisions. Firstly, design elements are selected and determined through sample analysis, focus groups, and user interviews. Secondly, the importance ranking of design elements is calculated using the Analytic Hierarchy Process to design three schemes. Finally, grey correlation analysis is used to calculate the magnitude of grey correlation degree values and compare them to determine the optimal solution. The quantitative analysis based on Analytic Hierarchy Process and Grey Relational Analysis can provide scientific basis for the design and scheme selection of cervical spine massage equipment products, and has certain guiding significance for the design of cervical spine massage equipment products.
