城市更新背景下的老年人康养社区设计研究——以仙子湖康养社区为例
摘 要：在“十四五”规划中，积极应对人口老龄化问题已经上升为国家战略。我国老年人口规模大，老龄化速度快，老年人的需求结构从生存型向发展型转变。因此，如何积极应对老龄化问题已然成为社会的焦点。研究以仙子湖康养社区为例，通过文献研究、实地调研、数据模拟等方法，分析老年人日常生活中的行为需求，从规划设计与建筑设计两个方面提出老年人康养社区的规划设计策略。以期打造出医养与康养相结合的养老服务体系，为未来养老社区研究与实践提供一定的参考。

Abstract： In the 14th Five-Year Plan, actively responding to the problem of population aging has become a national strategy. China's elderly population is large, aging fast, the demand structure of the elderly from survival to development. Therefore, how to deal with the aging problem has become the focus of the society. Taking the Xianzi Lake Recreational Rommunity Community as an example, this study analyzes the behavior needs of the elderly in their daily life by means of literature research, field investigation and data simulation. From two aspects of planning design and architectural design, this paper puts forward the planning and construction strategy of healthy elderly community, and builds a nursing service system combining medical care and health care. In order to provide some reference for the research and practice of the community for the elderly in the future.
