基于用户体验的智能坐便器适老化设计研究
摘 要：随着老年人群的逐步增多，智能产品在满足老年人需求方面还存在一定的问题，以智能坐便器为例，目前智能坐便器并未考虑老年人的生理与心理需求。因此，文章通过角色扮演、用户访谈、行为观察，问卷调查等方法，分析老年人如厕时与智能坐便器的交互行为，并调研现有坐便器的特点，探索出基于用户体验的智能坐便器适老化设计思路，并进行设计实践。以期通过改变坐便器的结构造型和功能模块，提升老年用户的使用体验。

Abstract： With the gradual increase of the elderly population, smart products still have some problems in meeting the needs of the elderly, taking smart toilets as an example, the current smart toilets do not consider the physiological and psychological needs of the elderly. Therefore, through role-playing, user interview, behavior observation, questionnaire survey and other methods, this paper analyzes the interaction behavior between the elderly and the smart toilet, investigates the characteristics of the existing toilet, explores the design ideas of the aging-ready smart toilet based on user experience, and carries out design practice. In order to improve the experience of the elderly users by changing the structural shape and functional modules of the toilet.
