基于感性工学与层次分析法的下肢康复机器人造型设计

摘 要:针对下肢康复机器人造型设计无法充分满足用户的感性需求,导致康复不积极的问题。文章提出了一种基于感性工学与层次分析法相结合的下肢康复机器人造型设计方法,首先运用感性工学获取用户对下肢康复机器人感性意象需求,再通过层次分析法对感性意象需求进行重要性评估。最后构建感性意象映射模型获取最佳设计类目组合,以下肢康复机器人造型设计实践验证了该方法的可行性,满足了用户的感性需求,提高了患者康复积极性,拓宽了康复辅具产品设计研究的思路。

Abstract:The design of lower limb rehabilitation robots cannot fully meet the emotional needs of users, resulting in a lack of active rehabilitation. The article proposes a design method for lower limb rehabilitation robots based on a combination of kansei engineering and Analytic Hierarchy Process. Firstly, perceptual engineering is used to obtain users' emotional image needs for lower limb rehabilitation robots, and then the importance of emotional image needs is evaluated through Analytic Hierarchy Process. Finally, a perceptual image mapping model was constructed to obtain the optimal design category combination. The feasibility of this method was verified by the design practice of lower limb rehabilitation robots, which met the emotional needs of users, increased patients' rehabilitation enthusiasm, and broadened the research ideas for the design of rehabilitation assistive products.
