基于场景理论的智能家居交互设计研究
摘 要：随着现代生活对于互联网的需求，人工智能与物联网技术迅速发展，智能家居的系统性设计成为企业的重要研究方向，如何提升智能家居的可用性和用户体验是设计者需要考虑的问题。文章基于场景理论提出智能家居的场景交互概念，并提出了家庭角色模型的构建流程及智能家居场景模型的构建方法。以期从挖掘用户的潜在需求、理解用户的行为目标、规划产品设计方向等方面，为智能家居设计师提供一定的参考。

Abstract： With the in-depth demand for the Internet in modern life and the rapid development of artificial intelligence and Internet of Things technologies, the systematic design of smart homes has become an important strategic direction for enterprises. How to improve the usability and user experience of smart homes is a problem that designers must consider. Based on the scene theory, this paper puts forward the concept of scene interaction of smart home, and proposes the construction process of the family role model and the construction method of the scene model of the smart home. In this way, it can provide certain references for smart home designers in terms of mining potential needs of users, understanding users' behavioral goals, and planning product design directions.
