老年数字鸿沟背景下社区数字素养培训服务系统设计
摘 要：文章为解决老龄化困境下老年群体数字素养低下与社会数字化转型所形成的数字鸿沟问题，提出以社区为单位的适老化、一体化、智慧化的数字素养培训服务系统。通过案例分析，并根据服务设计思维，总结老年数字鸿沟背景下社区素养培训服务系统设计策略，并基于服务系统设计理念提出设计思路，使用用户画像细分研究对象，借助用户旅程地图从微观探寻机会点，通过利益相关者理清服务体系，构建服务蓝图描绘系统，梳理服务系统图明确系统全局，以适老化为指导设计APP。以期通过设计提高老年群体的数字素养，增强老年群体在数字时代的幸福感和获得感，并为社区注入活力，凝聚社区关系。

Abstract：This paper to solve the digital gap caused by the low digital literacy of the elderly and the Digital transformation of society under the aging dilemma, establish an aging, integrated and intelligent digital literacy training service system based on the community. Through case analysis and based on Service design thinking, summarize the design strategy of community literacy training service system under the background of digital divide for the elderly, propose design ideas based on the design concept of service system, use user portraits to subdivide research objects, use user journey maps to explore opportunities from the micro level, clarify the service system through stakeholders, build a service blueprint description system, and sort out the service system diagram to clarify the overall situation of the system, Design an app guided by aging adaptation. With the aim of improving the digital literacy of the elderly through design, enhancing their sense of happiness and gain in the digital age, and injecting vitality into the community, we aim to consolidate community relationships.
