老年助行器的包容性设计研究
摘 要：为了帮助更多老年人安全、舒适地外出活动，文章在包容性设计的语境下，分析已有助行器的优势和劣势，然后对老年人生理、心理和行为特征进行分析，并结合问卷法、访谈法和用户旅程图，对用户需求进行深度挖掘，在此基础上提出了设计思路。最后设计一款既能辅助介助老年人户外出行，又能满足自理老年人外出购物的多功能产品。产品以包容性设计为指导，通过将购物车与助行器功能的有效整合，扩大用户群体，提高助行器的使用率，使产品更好地符合用户的习惯和期待。

Abstract： In order to help more elderly people go out safely and comfortably, the article analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of existing walking aids in the context of inclusive design. Then, it analyzes the physiological, psychological, and behavioral characteristics of the elderly, and combines questionnaire, interview, and user journey maps to deeply explore user needs. Based on this, design ideas are proposed. Finally, design a multifunctional product that can not only assist elderly people in outdoor travel, but also meet the needs of self care elderly people when shopping outside. Guided by inclusive design, the product effectively integrates the functions of shopping carts and mobility aids, expands the user base, improves the usage rate of mobility aids, and makes the product better meet user habits and expectations.
